Exchange Policy

• We offer exchanges on our products for requests made within 7 days after the product        is received.

• We do not accomodate cash refunds, only product exchanges.

How To request an exchange: 

• Drop us a message via whatsapp 076 29 49 776 or via our socials, Facebook and Instagram. 

• You can also send us an email to info@havana.lk  to request for an exchange. 

• After the exchange request is accepted, return the product to our warehouse via any courier service of your choice. 

• When the product is received, the price of the item is credited to the customer as store credits for online shopping. 

• Any applicable return courier charges to be incurred by the customer. 

How to avoid exchanges:

• Please refer to the size guide for each product separately since the sizes can vary between various brands. 

• If you are in doubt to choose a size for a specific product, please reach us via our hotline for assistance or drop us a message via whatsapp or facebook messenger. 

Please Note:

• Returned products should be in original fully resalable condition including tags.
• Exchanges will not be processed for used, washed, worn or altered products.
